Eastern Massachusetts Buddy Werner League

Eastern Massachusetts Buddy Werner League is a youth alpine ski race league comprised of independent ski clubs based in eastern Massachusetts.

EMBWL's purpose is the development and advancement of junior ski racing programs with emphasis on team competition, the development of teaching and coaching skills as related to junior skiers; the promotion of good fellowship among skiers; the development of high standards of sportsmanship, of amateurism and cooperation between all skiers, all with special emphasis on junior competitors and their families and the furtherance of the goals of organized skiing.

EMBWL has a strong focus on fun, safety, etiquette and the development of ski racing skills but is not a learn to ski program.
